ONLINE USING A CREDIT CARD (Visa/Mastercard):
Upon registering online, you will receive an immediate email with a receipt and confirmation of booking. Before the start of the classes, you will receive a second email with a link to our Health and Permission form as well as more information about the first day of classes.
BY CASH, CHEQUE OR EMAIL BANK TRANSFER:
Contact us to arrange to pay by cash, cheque or email bank transfer. Once we have received and processed your payment, you will receive an email with a receipt. Before the start of classes, you will receive a second email with a link to our Health and Permission form as well as more information about the first day of classes.
- No refunds are offered after the start of classes.
- All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 admin fee.
The Ottawa Children's Theatre reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be notified one week before the start of the course and will receive a full refund.
- The Ottawa Children's Theatre reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule and to the teaching staff.
- In the event of extreme weather conditions, or unforeseeable natural events, The Ottawa Children’s Theatre reserves the right to cancel classes to ensure the safety of all students and instructors. Please note that due to tight scheduling, instructor and studio availability, it may not be possible to reschedule or refund classes canceled in these circumstances.
